Statuses that match your shop
Define your own statuses for each dealership (Service, Body Shop, Waiting Parts, Detail or whatever fits your workflow), choose from 10 colors and reorder them any time. A built-in Pending Approval status covers manager sign-off and emails the people you choose when a vehicle lands in it.
Find any vehicle fast
- Search active and completed vehicles by stock number, description or color.
- Click any stock number for the vehicle's detail: cost, color, notes and history.
- Filters stay set as you move around, so you pick up where you left off.
- Keyboard shortcuts: / to search, N to add a vehicle, ? to see them all.
On the lot, not only at a desk
Native apps for iPhone and Android, plus the full site in any browser. Check a vehicle's status from the lot, add a vehicle, take photos, read notes and reply to messages without walking back to a desk.
Know when something changes
The notification bell shows an unread count and tells you about status changes, completed vehicles and notes on your vehicles. Email alerts cover vehicle age and Pending Approval and can be set per dealership and per user. In-app notifications are set per user on the Profile page.
For a used car manager who needs the numbers without administering accounts, the default Level 3 role adds Reports and the GM dashboard for a store-wide view.
