Recon Tracking for Dealer Groups

Each store runs its own pipeline

Every dealership in Vehicle Recon Tracker is set up on its own: its own vehicles, users, statuses and settings, with up to 75 user accounts per location.

Statuses are defined per dealership. A store names them to match how it already works (Service, Body Shop, Waiting Parts, Detail), picks from 10 colors and reorders them any time. If you want the same stages at every rooftop so their numbers compare, set each store up the same way. If one store genuinely works differently, it doesn't have to match.

One login for the stores you oversee

• Assign a user to more than one dealership, with access controlled per store.
• Administrators manage across all of their locations from one dashboard.
• Day-to-day users can be given multi-store access by an administrator when their job crosses stores.
• Every role's name and permissions can be changed, so the tiers match how your group is organized.

Compare stores with the same reports

The Reports page filters by dealership and time period, so you can run the same numbers for each store:

• Status bottleneck analysis and the average time vehicles spend in each status
• Average recon times
• Cost analysis for active and completed vehicles, including the five most expensive units
• User activity breakdown and inactive user tracking

Exports to CSV or a print-ready PDF carry each vehicle's details, recon cost, status and dealership, and follow whatever filters you have applied.

A record of what happened at every location

The Activity Log tracks every action across all dealerships: logins, vehicle changes, notes and status updates, each with the user, timestamp and IP address. Filter it by category, dealership and date range when you need to see what happened at one store.
